  Oh my gosh this place was really helpful the tellers are super nice, i cashed my income tax check a few months here the teller was extremely attentive certainly they are costly, but evey check cashing store is,they looked out for me though.doing all my services here now

  The employee by the name of Kevin was very unprofessional and rude, he appeared very irritable when he was asked to explain their check cashing and check verification process policy he states they have in place. When I spoke with him over the phone regarding a check I attempted to cash, he told me I could go to another location. I also felt discrimination against, being that all of the information needed to verify where the check was issued from was over-looked, yet he still insisted on more information (whatever that is) he also asked for my full social security number in which I wrote down on a sheet of paper, in which he never returned it’s way too much fraudulent activities going on nowadays for me to trust anyone with my sensitive information, especially with someone who exemplified such unprofessionalism like Kevin did today. I reached out to cooperate office to file a complaint about my experience at Community Choice as I have been going there for years and have never witness and/or experience such disrespect and unprofessionalism like I did today. I’ve asked that someone from the cooperate office follow-up with me regarding this incident, they assured me they would, and that the compliant would be escalated to a cooperate manager to address what took place on today. Rest assured I will be calling them back if I don’t here anything within 3-days to see if this poor customer service issue has been addressed and to ensure me “the customer” that such treatment will not happen again.
