      This place is a joke. Nothing but problems since the day I opened an account.

      My husband and i opened up a joint account only a month ago and have had nothing but problems. We were never offered a temporary card just temporary checks to use until our cards came by mail. The checks were denied everywhere we tried to use them. We were told it would take a week for our cards to arrive by mail then later told it could be up to 2 weeks. And today my husbands direct deposit never showed up in our account. After calling he was told it was denied so now we have to wait on a paper check to come by mail and have bills that were supposed to be paid today with that money.
