      Treated with disdain every time I enter the building. Treated horribly over the phone. Either way, I am addressed with the tone of voice as in: You have your nerve, putting your money in this credit union and asking for help. Unfortunately for complicated reasons I am stuck with this institution. Is it that I am 80 years old? Is it that I am not rich? For me, it is soul-killing every time I try to get some help. wow
