  I am so impressed with Bob F. he is always so kind and professional and when he says- contact me with any questions and concerns- he really means it. He always was available for whatever he could help you with. Sometimes refi's are not that easy and ours was difficult along each step of the way and he hung in there with no attitude and even made us feel comfortable when anxiety started to surface in us. He's a great guy and very informative- I have gained a new Loan officer and will give him referrals always! He is top of my list for sure! you won't be disappointed!!

  Big thanks to the team at Community First Credit Union, especially Bob Fryer, for a smooth escrow on a very difficult property. I recently purchased a float home. Floating homes are notoriously difficult to finance and insure. Bob couldn't have made the process any easier. No matter the hurdle (delays with escrow, issues from the inspection that needed correction, and insure) Bob was one step ahead. If I didn't have Bob on my side, I definitely would have pulled out all my hair before we closed. Thanks again!

  If it wasn't for Dawn in the Sebastopol Branch asking how I was and catching up with me I wouldn't have brought up my home for a refinance, she quickly whipped me up some numbers and said that I would save $400.00 a month! I told her she was crazy lol but she got me in the process of thinking and looking at numbers and with the lower interest rate we would be savings a lot! She got me in touch with Bob and the application process was so easy and really Bob did all the application processing I provided all the information needed it was easy peasy! Bob was great answering ALL of my questions even the silly ones! He kept me in the loop on everything! Sheryl was great too on keeping us in the loop! Couldn't have asked for a better team to refinance my home!
