I dispute charges, giving a credit a month later is taken back cause the dispute team never received my letter. How do we start off using email and nobody ever told me to check the mail for follow up letter. Why waste paper and not just email me back. Instead I'm out 1000 just applying for houses in flordia.

The absolute slowest drive thru known to mankind. There can be two cars and you can be there for 30 minutes. It's completely ridiculous. I kept saying to myself, "maybe I'm just having bad luck". But I've gone to the drive thru at least 5 times and it's the same every single time. Somebody needs to do something.
