      I have been banking with Community First for over 10 years, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else! I have had several different loans with them, and each time I have had a great experience. Currently, my husband and I have our mortgage and my vehicle loan through Community First. The process was smooth for both, and we are happy with the rates. I specifically want to mention Andrea Huber. We worked with her recently and she was WONDERFUL to work with! She was happy to answer whatever questions we had and help us however she could. Thank you!

      Need to train your staff better. There was no mention that there are 2 different checking account and that the direct checking one requires a min amount in the checking account. Why would you allow someone to open an account with just 50 dollars but $200 min is required daily to avoid a fee? I have had nothing but a bad experience since switching my bank to this CU. I guess the reviews are accurate about all the hidden fees they do not mention to you so you have to pay. Definitely going to be looking for a new bank this is just sad. Edit: The branch Manager reached out to me to get some additional information on this situation. She was very pleasant to speak with and very sincere in resolving the issues. Hopefully this will serve as an example to recognize where more training may be needed.
