      ***This has got to be the WORST Credit Union in Jacksonville. No department has any idea what the next does. They opened a new credit card account without my permission. They don't know how to smoothly process loan applications. So far nothing they have said to me has happened the way it was explained. I have never had so many issues with any other financial institution. Total garbage.
