      Community First has a really easy process on applying/getting approved for loans. Bonnie C from the College Ave Branch helped me finalize my personal loan and also helped me refinance my car. I saved so much thanks to her and staff. Made it quick and painless. Definitely recommend if you have a high APR on your car loan.

      I've been with this bank since I was 15, I am 26 A lot of the workers are very nice and polite individuals and I never had any issues with the bank for years. Over time the service here has become unbearably condescending and unhelpful. The assistant manager and manager of this branch are completely unresponsive to issues I face and have no solutions to issues such as my card randomly being shut off for "fraud" in the middle of major business trips and vacations even after I have called in multiple times confirming it is not fraud Very pretentious individuals who do not care about you as a human being, they take criticism of the companies services extremely personally and do not care if their branch makes repeated mistakes that waste your time and test your patience They act just like a corporate bank at the end of the day, it's all about them, and will never care about your wellbeing or your family
