Our family decision to leave a previous credit union and switch to Community First was simply the single best banking solution! CFCU Mandarin has met and exceeded all expectations in checking, savings, loans and a superb customer oriented based service each and every time you call or come in to this branch. The branch manager and assistant branch manager dedicate theirselves to individualized care. The teller staff are always welcoming. If you havent joined, you are missing out!

The Mandarin branch is Terrible..!! There's an Asian loan officer at the front of the bank that is very rude, and could care less if you do business with them or not. He made it extremely clear to me that he will hold my personal checks for as long as. he wanted to. Stay away from this place.
