From what I'm seeing online; this Corporation is awesome, I grew up on the South Side of Chicago and what a big difference CIC is making! The old neighborhoods are looking fantastic, 65th & Minerva, the Woodlawn Area, James Wadsworth , Alexander Dumas Schools look great!!! This CIC in my opinion is going to be around for awhile! I'm waiting to see some Commercial Property and More Big Business move into the area like Strip Malls & Hotel chains such as Marriott, Best Western, Hampton Inn, along with some big resturant chains like Jimmy/Johns, Chic-fil-A, Wal*Mart Supercenters, ETC: Let's go Mayor Emmanuel, you got the Money Man in Springfield now! The South Side is the best side!

This company has been ignoring my calls for weeks. I am trying to pay what i owe so they do not put a lien against my properties, i was lied too, ignored and they refused to give me any supervisor information. The gentleman handling my case hung up on me and both contact numbers he provided go straight to voicemail, I emailed the CEO , no response.

CIC claims that they want to develop quality housing in underserved communities. But in fact, they have subsidized slum lords in East Garfield Park. We have several drug houses that have been financed by CIC. In my opinion, they are just one more sleazy bank that has hurt the community.
