  Jeremy Marks and his team were a pleasure to work with during the entire process of buying a home with my wife. He was able to answer all of our questions happily (we had many as first time home owners), and never seemed annoyed. I wasn't even in the same state during the whole process but Jeremy and his team kept us updated and made sure everything went smoothly. Jeremy was always available for a quick call or text and he explained the different fees associated with purchasing a home and the next steps involved which I really appreciated. I'm pretty sure I asked him the same questions multiple times but he always answered them with grace and the same enthusiasm. From start to finish, it felt like working with a group of friends that really had your back and best interests at heart. Would definitely recommend them for future home owners and we will be using them again for our next home! Shout out to Michelle Brace as well for keeping us updated and on schedule!

  I worked with Kevin Fisk on my VA Loan. From pre-approval to closing on my house, was just a little over 2 months. He made everything very clear and was very quick to respond to any of my emails or calls. Only thing I would have done different is gone with a realtor who was just as well versed in the VA loan as he is. I highly recommend, especially if you’re using your VA benefit.

  Worked with Ann R. And couldn’t be happier with experience. Bough our first investment property with her and she was extremely helpful, ran numbers many times, answered all our questions, and communicated extremely well!! Will definitely be giving her a call for it next buy!!
