  Closed on our home in May 2022 with much help from the team at Community Lending of America. Jeremy Marks and his team were a pleasure to work with during the entire process of buying a home with my wife. He was able to answer all of our questions happily (we had many as first time home owners), and never seemed annoyed. I wasn't even in the same state during the whole process but Jeremy and his team kept us updated and made sure everything went smoothly. Jeremy was always available for a quick call or text and he explained the different fees associated with purchasing a home and the next steps involved which I really appreciated. I'm pretty sure I asked him the same questions multiple times but he always answered them with grace and the same enthusiasm. From start to finish, it felt like working with a group of friends that really had your back and best interests at heart. Would definitely recommend them for future home owners and we will be using them again for our next home! Shout out to Michelle Brace as well for keeping my wife and I updated and on schedule!

  Hi, Just wanted to thank Jeremy and his team for all the help. I can’t express in words how much helpful he was during my sister’s house buying process. My sister was a first time home buyer and he helped her guided her and was patiently answering all the questions we had. For him his clients are important and we felt valuable during the entire process. He was definitely holding our hands until we closed her house. One thing I liked a lot about him was that he doesn’t wait until the last minute to get everything done. He is responsible, kind and friendly and honest who cares about people. Michelle was kind and nice and always available for anything we needed during lending process. She responds to emails right away.
