      I'm writing this review for David Black and the mortgage team. I was referred by a coworker who had worked with Mr Black for two properties, and I am very glad I took the advice. I first contacted David a year ago and just pulled out without notice when the oil price dropped and I freaked out. He had no problem picking back up and doing things at my convenience when the market restabilized. He also answers emails and calls on Saturdays which is great.
