My satisfaction has gone down more and more over the years. The days of Virginia and Kim are long gone. Not open past 5 when atleast on fridays used to be open until 6 so those of us working late can do some banking. You'd think taking away hours as opposed to years past that they would have atleast saturday hours but they dont have that either. I have had SEVERAL times where I am charged 10.00 to transfer money from my savings to my checking to cover a bill. I have attempted to get help in consolidating debt with no avail or call back as promised. I have been with this bank since I am 13 years old and I am now 28, only reason I stay now is it will be more difficult to switch all my bills. Staff is always changing and I feel like the only competent one in the place is Erica.
