      I highly recommend this location, they have a great amount of staff that are always helpful. My husband and I have had some question about a few things coming from a older bank that we have been part of for so many years. We had the pleasure with working with Gabrielle Ferguson and she was so helpful and patient with us, it was a pleasure working with her.

      Wow the Customer Service from the branches is horrific. I have been a member for years and anytime I call in the service is rude and unhelpful. I don't understand are your employees working for free because they always seem mad and act as if helping customers is not part of their job. FYI THIS IS NOT THE ONLY CREDIT UNION! WE CAN TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
