      Amazing staff! Courtney helped open an account for my son and was so quick and courteous! The branch manager, Shay, even came by and brought him a piggy bank! Awesome people!

      Like to say, my Dad was scammed by thieves, even tho still in research mode, my Dad may or may not get his money back, the people who work at this bank been very helpful, been very understanding. My parents made a mistake; and they feel bad about falling for a scam. Like to thank everyone at this bank for helping out the best they can. Thanks.

      Every time you have an issue, you have to call a National number…you are hold for obscene amounts of time. Today, I had to waste my lunch because I was on hold for 1 hour and 41 minutes because they decided to update their systems. This ain’t the first time. One time, I had a lost/stolen card. Again, I was on hold for over an hour!!! During CoVid, when other businesses and banks opened their lobbies, they kept theirs closed. The only way to talk to someone was through the 1800 number and never through a direct dial to the branch! I need a bank that has better customer service!!! Don’t go here because you won’t get it. I tried to give them a chance but the have blown it.
