      My questions I have to answer change and they are not updated with me so I have no idea what the answers are. I have all my answers written down but often do NOT relate to what I have done. Time consuming and have to call!

      My card gets shut off daily. I have to call to turn it back on instead of calling me to verify transactions they turn it off, it’s ridiculous, I will not recommend banking with them.

We attempt to reach our customers immediately both by text alert and phone calls to prevent the inconvenience of a card restriction. Some merchants are more susceptible to fraud and therefore, are more scrutinized by our fraud team.
