      Melissa and Maddison always answers the phone with a smile you can tell they take customer needs to heart no matter how big are small. All tellers in Lake Butler are fantastic.

      Do not have enough tellers to accommodate customers. ATM withdraw limits are some of the lowest I've seen in banking, as is the cap for debit card spending limits. They do have decent customer service, but beyond that it's lacking. If you do not have large amounts of money coming in and out they're perfect, if you do I suggest a larger bank.
