      I am a Realtor and Investor so have worked with many Title companies. I always go back to James Schroeder and his team at Community Title Network. Every single transaction I have ever had with them is done to the utmost of professionalism and accuracy. They make me look good as a Realtor and my clients have always left feeling good and confident about their experience. Though most Buyers don't know it, you have a CHOICE in your Title Company and can choose who you want to work with on the settlement of your home. You do NOT have to use the one your agent suggests. Take it from me, use COMMUNITY TITLE NETWORK for all of your real estate transaction needs!       We were able to reconfirm with James Schroeder the title status of our home and our mortgage payment timeline. He made title research almost fun!
