      I have been a member with Community West for a long time. I have always liked their customer service and their rates. This week I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie - awesome customer service! I had a LOT of questions and she had all the answers... and LOTS of patience! Nice to talk to such a friendly, efficient representative who obviously enjoys her job. Thank you for your wonderful help!

      Still don't understand why the lobby is not open other than by appointment only when other banking institutions have no restrictions and able to walk in freely and do banking business.
