      Every time I walk through the doors at the CACU location in Raymore Missouri I am greeted by smiling, friendly faces who are eager to help with whatever I need.

      It used to be that a person could walk into a bank or credit union and have a live person cash some checks for you. Not anymore. At least not at CACU's new concept facilities. You are now greeted by a concier who directs you to an automated teller where it takes five times the amount of time to accomplish the same task a that a live person could. My two star rating is really for whoever came up with this half-baked idea. This is just further depersonalization of the financial industry. Low touch, low class. I've always been very pleased with CACU, but this demotes you to a two-star financial institution in my book.
