  I have been a member of CACU for years and it's always been a great experience. I needed help opening a new loan so I stopped in and was quickly helped by Carol McQueen. She did a great job helping me through the process and made sure I was taken care of and satisfied after the loan was finalized. Great customer service!

  I work late hours at my job, therefore when I want to deposit money late at night (I take home cash every shift), I go to the ATM at this branch location. Every week like clockwork the ATM has some sort of issue going on, whether that is taking my money and me having to resolve it later, or not allowing anything except for withdrawals. A bank exists for me to put my money into it and manage my finances in a timely manner. When you can't keep an ATM up and running as it should be, what am I even using the bank for? This issue is compounded with the fact I've called multiple times requesting to speak to a manager about overdraft fees I was dealing with during the worst times of the COVID pandemic, and being at the behest of our state government that couldn't make payouts at the times they were supposed to and instead gaslit people into thinking a certain date would warrant pay, yet it didn't. Still haven't ever gotten a call back and I gave up. All of this being said, as a bank it shouldn't be out of y'alls ability to fix your ATM or get a new one. It shouldn't matter when you are open or closed, I should be able to put money into my bank whenever it is most convenient for me based on my hours of work. I'll consider changing my review when all these things are rectified.

  They charge you 5 dollars a month for any savings account that is inactive for more than a year. I've never heard of this
