I came in to get some help with my finances and was helped by Vanessa Ortiz, she was great to work with, and extremely helpful with getting everything addressed that I needed. I also was able to call her later that day and realized I needed some bank statements from accounts I needed her help with, and she took the time to get them printed out and even emailed them to me. I will be sure to come back to Claycomo branch for all my banking needs if everyone is as helpful as she is! Thank you!

I applied to open an account online and didn’t hear anything back. So I called and no option to speak to anyone about it. I reached out by email and was given a number and even that one was useless just kept talking about promotions.
