I was on my son's account when he passed away this bank froze the account and it showed we were 1 million dollars in the hole. When I called them about it they lied and said social security froze the account but social security told me they don't do that. There was still almost 500 dollars in the account when I finally got to the bottom of things and the bank finally told me the truth that they froze it so I closed the account and still haven't got my 500 as of yet.
