      I’ve had Compass CU for 14 years. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Understanding even in the most dire of situations. I know I can count on and call them anytime. They know you by name and take the time to get to know YOU as a person. I know my money is safe and secure even when a Nigerian Prince tried to scam me by way of a fake modeling agency. I was sent a check and they took one look and said you’ve been scammed never even blinked. Was such a huge relief. Banking is super easy and the ease of the app makes living away from home that much easier. You will always be greeted with smiles and friendly faces and that can make all the difference on a particularly bad day!

      Recently did an auto loan. They refused to take a debt card or ACH transfer over the phone. They made me drive 50 miles to Sparta branch during business hours. Absolutely ridiculous

      This place is very nice when do go in and they try to help you as fast as they can. But I’m always busy and can never go in so I call, I never get an answer. If the phone even gets picked up it goes straight to voice mail. I called like 4 times in a row and no answer.
