      Had closed on my house a few years back and couldn’t find my Title Policy. If you have your title policy you can save 20% when you sell, on the new Title Policy! Michael was a big help and found the closing files and records and emailed me a copy of my Title policy same day! Thanks Michael!

      They arw a title company and give the best, reasonable service of all the title companies u have ever worked with. In my 43 years as a Broker n Realtor (R), they are the creme de la creme.

      Terrible customer service. Money is sitting in limbo and instead of being helpful and contacting the bank to confirm anything, we had to do it ourselves. Lark had an attitude and claims she wasn’t authorized to do anything. Well we picked up the phone and did your job for you. Also, what time zone do you function out of? Lied about what time the wire transfer was actually sent as the bank confirmed it was over an hour after she initially claimed it was sent. Dishonest and lazy. Never would recommend this place.
