      We got a construction loan through them. I asked multiple times if they were checking for lien waivers and they said yes. After we closed out our construction loan we discovered that our contractor owes the subcontractors almost $30K! Compeer will not help us get the money back or get the subcontractors paid because our loan is closed. We are still dealing with the stress of trying to get the subcontractors paid. Not sure how Compeer allowed our builder to steal nearly thirty grand from us!
