The staff usually goes out of their way to make sure everyone gets a job. They have plenty of work, just people want them have premium pay for less work, which always doesn't work out. Decent place to work, decent pay, great staff, including Ken and Tom.

Eventually every new manager that comes in sinks to the level of the previous managers. I know for a fact they can't fill all their work yet they can't be bothered to get certain bonuses out within a reasonable time. They can do that because they know many of their employees can't go anywhere else, despite the fact that for those employees every penny counts and being paid bonuses when you're usually paid bonuses makes a big difference. Of course they will read this and trivialize it, but God forbid and employee takes the same attitude.
