      My first home-loan process seemed like a walk in the park with Troy Bird! He was very responsive, incredibly knowledgeable and professional, put everything into terms I could understand, and on top of that, a really nice and easy-to-talk-to guy. The loan process can be difficult and long - make it easy on your self by working with Troy!

      Unreal...used them for a 203(k) loan. What a mess - from the improper paperwork at the signing, to a higher than market rate, to a very later-than-expected close. While I'd agree some of the problems were my own - late decisions on contractors, not getting quotes, etc. - they were zero help in training us what needed to be done for the process. We thought this experience was our own, but they exact same crap happened when we referred them to a friend. Along with the general crap above - THEY LEFT OUT several pieces of paper required by the seller WHO THEY KNEW would be unavailable after a specific date. This delayed the escrow close even more. My recommendation - skip Kevin & his team and look elsewhere...
