Nothing but bad experiences. First off, my wife has an auto loan with them. Whenever she would go to the teller to pay her car, she gets attitude from all but one teller (only one nice teller by the way). She’s showed up 5 mins before close because of work to just drop off her payment and the person at the window just ignored her, clearly seeing her there. I’m another instance, she’s called the branch just to ask a question and the lady who answered was SO RUDE. When my wife didn’t remember her account number, the lady responds with “of course”. She then responded to everything with such a sarcastic undertone. The most recent encounter, I applied for an auto loan myself. The next day I called for the status or to speak to someone in the loan department. The lady who answered didn’t even let me finish my sentence and quickly said that the loan officer was busy and I needed to leave a message. I left a message with a call back number. I never got a call back and got a simple email response. The same day I applied for an auto loan with comtrust, I also applied with Windsor locks federal credit union. WLFCU called me back instantly, asked for intimate details as to why I was applying. I told them my wife just had a newborn and we recently moved into town so we needed a reliable car. They were so nice and actually listened. Person there called back and sent me an approval with a good rate THE SAME DAY. I wouldn’t recommended anyone go to Comtrust and expect good service. TERRIBLE

I have been a member of Comtrust for 8 years and they are my "go to" financial institution because I trust them. It's like banking with friends and colleagues. I trust their advice. I like their banking products - and I like knowing people on a first name basis. From HELOCs to car loans to all sorts of accounts, they have made banking easy for me and my family. Highly recommend!
