      The owner of this real estate broker service is very difficult to talk to. I've emailed him and asked him questions only for him to reply and not even acknowledge the question I asked and saying something completely different. He flat out doesn't even read your emails and mostly ignores them completely. I've had to repeat the same email multiple times and it's STILL hard to get an answer out of him. Makes the experience very frustrating and annoying to deal with. Do not use this broker.
