The integrity and customer service that you'll receive from Conley and Wood P.C. is Outstanding. This is by far the best accountant that I have ever had. From business to personal they can take care of all your accounting needs. If you are looking for a new accountant or just not 100% satisfied with your current accountant definitely at least set up a consultation. Awful service and communication for individuals filers. I requested a payment plan for federal tax payment or an equivalent and this was a very clearly stated option on my return documents. I sent a reminder email that this is what I wanted. Today the full amount was automatically withdrawn to my surprise. When I called to inquire the person I spoke with got defensive stating I was mistaken and kept talking over me! Rude. I am the client and I should be informed of these things so I can financially prepare. You’ve lost my business, and I hope others head this review.

These guys and gals are the real deal. There's nothing they can't do or help with. The owner Mark Conley is very knowledgeable in all things tax and accountancy and his staff works so very hard to make their clients happy. Love working with them for all my tax and accounting needs.
