Walked in with a few questions and walked out satisfied and content. Teller was super friendly and helpful. I've been a customer since the mid 90' and will continue to be a customer for the foreseeable future. Keep up the blue ribbon service!

It’s a small town credit union with none of the charm. Customer service over the phone is usually very curt and not helpful. I banked with them because my family did too and will be switching over to a better more professional credit union. They don’t have an app, there’s no mobile deposit, and they aren’t even open on Saturday. All in all, you should consider banking with a place like ICCU instead. My wife has never had any complaints with them.

No customer service on Sunday and my account is locked out before I even got a chance to sign on and my automated phone password does not work. Only have had the same one since I signed up. So now I have to wait till Monday to see if I have been hacked and have any money in my account. This on top of having to get a code every time I use online banking even though I checked the box stating my computer was good. I appreciate precautions to keep my account safe but when there is a problem it would be nice to be able to resolve it quickly. Not very happy right now.
