AMAZING STAFF! Highly recommend. Amanda Peterson is, by far, the best at what she does. She.helped us so much when we were down and out. The hours and effort she put in was truly above and beyond. *EDIT* I still highly recommend Connections. We worked with Rusty Vitek through the Pocatello office. She is truly amazing, friendly, and caring. I can't believe how this credit union has helped us reach our full potential. It's what a credit union should be and they do what they say they will do. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity and have a great financial experience, this is the place to go.

I know it’s a bit late but I didn’t forget…I’d like to leave this review to the staff here in the Idaho falls branch because they are by far the best team I've ever experienced in ANY credit union…these guys always go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and friendliness I’ve only had great feelings and positive experiences with this location!!! Whenever I call in or go in I’m ALWAYS greeted with a smile and warm welcomes!! I usually go in and talk to Amanda or Cory but everyone here is a pro at their job! all I can say is if you’re looking to get a new bank or looking to find a place to stash some money or even maybe take a loan out THIS IS the place to go they will take care of you like family I just want to thank you guys for all the help you have been so generous to give me over the years you guys are the best!!! - Brenden 😎
