      Never in my life have I dealt with a more unprofessional credit union. Not only is every person rude and acts like you're an inconvenience you also get told stuff that's not true just to get you off the phone. I wouldn't waste my time. Let me add regarding the owners response, not even the employees know the policies because they all tell you different things, hence my frustration.
