      I’ve been a part of this branch for awhile and the staff is amazing. I worked with Jon a few days ago to make some changes to my account, he was quick with the process, and was also friendly.

      This is the absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with. There is no way to contact any departments. I have thought about refinancing my car just to get away from Connex credit union. I would never recommend them to anyone. You also cannot pay more than what you owe monthly on a loan through their online sites. If you call you can pay any amount but they will charge you a fee of $20 all the way up to 3%. I’ve never heard of a bank doing this. The reason behind that was “I guess it hasn’t been updated”. It’s basically theft. I wish I refinanced through another bank when I could.
