REVISED: I had a very difficult time activating my new debit card when CCCU replace my card with one issued by my previous credit union, which CCCU purchased. It's never been more than a quick call to activate a newly issued card. ++Once I connected with a representative it turns out that my previous CU hadn't updated my phone number in YEARS. That solved the problem.

Very happy with CCCU! I got a great rate, and the customer service was off the charts. I can't thank my mortgage loan officer, Andy Ng, enough. As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous and a bit overwhelmed, but Andy really put me at ease. He was so accommodating and patient, and made the whole process much more enjoyable. I've been working with Andy Ng to secure a mortgage for my first home purchase. Andy has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He's been friendly and quickly responsive to anything that I've needed throughout the process. CCCU also offered an extremely competitive interest rate and low PMI. While we've ultimately chosen a different lender, I would happily recommend Andy and CCCU to anyone. I will continue to use them for all of my other banking and credit needs.
