  We have banked here for at least 10 years and Consolidated has been consistently friendly, helpful, responsive and efficient in dealing with our banking needs. Originally their online banking option was pretty subpar, but it has improved tremendously in the last 3 years and kudos to them for taking the complaints of their customers and adopting a better platform. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an alternative to the mega-banks, like Chase or B of A.

  Extremely frustrating to deal with this organization. I am considering selling my car just to get away from CCCU as a lender (which would be easier even with the hassles of selling the car than dealing with CCCU). They are a nightmare to deal with. I think they are actively involved in fraud--if you want to learn more, read about force collateral protection insurance scams.

  I’ve had an account here since 2009 and the customer service has slowly moved away from the credit union I liked and toward Comcast-style rudeness and lack of care. I’m closing all my accounts after 12 years because these days they’re just another bank.
