  Have banked at ccu for years have my credit cards there and checking as well as other banks I went through the drive through today to withdraw my money from the bank to buy a car I was informed I could not withdraw that much and would need to come inside but could not with out a mask I do not wear masks as I am a free American citizen and was told it was not a big deal and was treated rudely ,it is a big deal to me essentially I was told without a mask i could not access my money ,i called the branch and was informed i could be segregated inside to receive my money i prefer to remove my holdings from this establishment as i have been treated rudely and feel after years of using this establishment I should not have been treated this way the United states have sadly become a rights subjective country ,and by the way the mask mandate has been lifted for this county I know my account is insignificant I know but principle should still stand for something . Discrimination In A free country over a mask is not acceptable to me and should be to no one.

  I have done business with the Greeneville locations for 31 years. I am a used car dealer and could not make it back to my Greeneville locations so I stopped by the Johnson City branch. They put a hold on a cashier's check until April 1st. In thirty one years my Greeneville branch has never done that. I have personal accounts business accounts and investment accounts with consumer credit Union. I will not use their Johnson City branch again. That's just bad business to a loyal customer.
