      I have used Consumer Financial services for the past few year, I had 3 loans with them. One is paid off, another is about to be paid off. The owner has always worked with me with regards to payments, and has always explained my options and choices and has even come up with alternate ways of setting up my loans that allowed me to decrease my monthly payments. Not sure why they get such negative reviews at this location, perhaps they are unhappy people that can't pay their bills on time?

      People are so rude here. They will hang up on you and answer with an attitude. Called to verify payment due date and was told the date followed by "is that it?" There are plenty of good people looking for jobs so they should really evaluate their staff!
