      I have had a few financial downtime and the staff and Tiffany has always personally help me out with my loan needs I really appreciate CFS for helping me out in my time of need.

      Low class owner and personnel! Duplicated my first payment and will not take responsibility for it. Their ghetto representative told me that they were invoking their internal policy. That I had to bring in cash for my first payment! I told them it was no way I could make it to the Northside and be at work on time. So, they gave me their Western Union information. I immediately called them and gave them the money control number. Then, someone put through the ACH; that they claimed their bank wouldn't do! The company also padded my loan with an unwanted motor vehicle policy! They never asked if I wanted it. I already have Allstate! I will be making a compliaint with the government regarding both these matter! I just want to make potential customers aware of their unprofessionalism!
