      Banking here is honestly great, although my last encounter with an employee was pretty odd. She had her Bluetooth headphones in the entire time she was "assisting" me and was far from attentive, or vocal. Her name was Alyssa Ortega. Abby was great though for what it's worth. Customer service goes a long way. Maybe Alyssa will be better next time and was having a bad day that day. Either way, terrible customer service from her.
