Never but missed a payment always paid on time more than my regular payment on my final payment I selected pay off When doing so 2 days later I go check my account again and they have the nerve to charge me 19 cents even though I paid my payment early on the 7th And wasn't due until the 8th even though a manager told me even if I paid it on the 8th even through another bank they would have seen I try to make an on time payment and would not charge me I hate Getting miss information Will not be shopping for a loan thru them ever again

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT get a loan with this company. Absolutely insane late fees that will add thousands to your loan and will reverse payments without you knowing. Go with LMCU or Bloom credit union I have nothing but good things to say about both of them.
