My wife has been a customer since she was 18, all our grown kids used this bank for first car loans, savings and checking accounts. Service is great, easy to speak to a loan officer, and everyone is friendly, More of a home town bank.

I'm really not sure this location deserves even 1 star. The people in this bank act as if the members are interrupting them, When we need to take care of our banking needs. My wife and I have had an account with Consumers Bank for many years. Still everytime I go there I'm made to feel like a criminal. I have called the main branch in Minerva Ohio and yet nothing changes. I guess the people that work I the Slaem Ohio branch think their doing the Costumers a favor by coming into work and to them them as lowlife Criminals.

After completely wiping my account out to cover a purchase my husband made, then telling my husband he has no money because they confused his account with mine, I transferred the money to fix the issue myself, and I am closing my account today. I can’t trust this bank with my money.
