  The gals at Consumers National in Lisbon are always friendly to me! They know me on sight, they are very professional but they also joke around. Every one of them is a gem. I've had several checking accounts, a savings account, a business account, and a home equity loan and the service has always been exactly what I expected and appreciated. They are interested in you as a person and give friendly advice/guidance on the type of services that fit you best. I hardly ever have a long wait at the bank and if I do I amuse myself looking at the historic local area pictures. I am sure some people have "bad days" at a bank I have just never had one here.

  I do some banking there for work and it's an ok experience. My problem is the customer service, or should I say lack there of.. No one ever smiles or talks to you. They acknowledge your presence to see what you need and that's it.

  I have been doing my banking at Consumers since 2017 and I have hated almost every single second. The ladies at the window are always rude, I’m always there for forever because it’s so slow. Every time I drive through, I always think about closing my account but decide against it because of how much trouble it is to do literally anything here. If I had my choice between just throwing my money into a hole into my backyard with no map and trying to make myself sit through an experience at Consumers, I would grab a shovel and start digging.
