Ive been with this credit union since I was 18 and my uncle that raised me told me to use his reference to sign up and start building my credit with Jenny. I no longer live in BC yet they still continue to take great care of me. Just bought my fourth vehicle through them. Yvette will bless your life, she is great at what she does, she goes above and beyond and I appreciate her and all those I have worked with here. Interactions are smooth, easy, and they are friendly kind people. Highly recommend!!

Always an issue here. I moved from Ohio keeping an account with my credit union there. I usually deposit my checks and cash from credit unions to my Ohio account. I just recently moved to Battle Creek and tried to deposit my checks with this credit union. Unbelievable on how horrid this experience was. The teller was incredibly rude and just stared at me when she "couldn't" find my account. The teller kept repeating the bank I was trying to deposit in incorrectly and also my account number... I showed her my banking app and personal checks to verify and she became more rude and refused to help... Went right over to Marshall Community credit Union and they had no problem. Will never go back here again! Definitely will not be choosing this bank to bring my money to.

I’m a long-term member of this credit union and would recommend membership to anyone without pause. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly whether you deal with them in person or by telephone. I love that they know your name, take a few seconds to chat with you, and just create an overall pleasing experience - every time!
