I came here to send my bf money threw western union the women not friendly so not she put block on the system i have to threw western the blame the screaming at me say figure it out. western union customer service experience

Took my elderly mom in to cash a check which my name was not on the check. I was asked for my name by two of the cashier. Not sure why exactly my name was needed to cash my mother's check. Once the check was verified my mom was still taking thru red tape to get her own money. Please get more training or shut down soon if you can't treat all customers the same.
