6/1/22 I arrived at the store 9am on the dot. There were 4-5 people ahead of me. One employee(orange shirt) was stocking the scratch off machine while the other was handling customers. Orange shirt then went in the back and proceeded to do paper work while the line was growing. The man pictured in the blue shirt wasn’t waiting long as the rest of us but he went and tapped on the window 3 times to let orange know that she need to stop what she was doing and help the other employee to no avail. Orange shirt assisted her first customer about 35 minutes after the store opened and it was ME! It’s the first of the month so this should’ve been handled better.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE, IF YOU WANT TO DO WESTERN UNION MOST OF THE TIME THEY WILL TELL YOU NOT ABLE TO SEND, WHEN YOU WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY WILL SEND IT RIGHT AWAY. MANAGER OF THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, SHE HAS NO WAY OF TALKING NORMALLY. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN.
