Karen and Jodi are awesome!! I went in to open an account and also had some questions about refinancing my new car loan. I arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Friday (I hate doing that but was a rare weekday off and my to do schedule was packed) but Karen and Jodi both gave me great customer service like it was the middle of a Tuesday morning! Karen got my accounts open and helped me choose the cutest owl pic on my new card. Such a great experience! Looking forward to banking with Coosa Pines!
