  We have been members for a few years. I hate to say this but it’s the absolute truth. Coosa pines is extremely behind the times as far as their software, online banking etc. The other extremely frustrating thing that happens is - At least once every couple months I have to log back into my online banking account and my password always fails to work. I end up having to call and have them reset the password every single time. I gave them 3 stars because I do like having my vehicle loans through them. They gave good rates and paying the loans is easy through their online banking and app.

I’m going to have the proper person research the history of your lock outs and resets to see if we can get down to the problem and prevent it happening again.   I used to be a member here for about 6 years. I had multiple car loans thru them and everything. I stopped doing business with them years ago. This was because they did not inform me that they were going to start deducting from my account with out permission just for having an account. Now, 3 or 4 years later, I am looking for another car loan. I gave them a call. Ms. Amy Holcomb spoke with me on the phone. She stated that I could get a loan for my specific car for $6,000.00. I told her I was driving at that time so she said she would email me the application. When I got home, all I had was an email that stated she had talked to me about a loan and that she was looking forward to me calling her back. There was no application to fill out. I called back and talked to someone else. They stated that they could only give me a loan for $5,800.00 for my car. I told her that Ms. Amy Holcomb stated that I could get one for $6,000.00. She transferred me to Amy. She stated that it was my fault for talking to someone else, and that she never stated she would send me anything. It is this kind of terrible service that made me drop them as my credit union. I will pay more for a loan if it is with people I can trust. At this point, I will have to. Horrible customer service. Shame.
